Chief Executive Officer
Thomas has 15 years’ experience in developing and delivering large and complex projects, working for various Australian Government departments, including the Australian Defense Force and Parliament of Australia delivering large and complex projects.
Thomas also has experience in private sector, founding his own companies specializing in manufacturing and sales, gold export, property development and mineral exploration.
Mathew Dunn
Chief Operations Officer
Mathew has applied himself across many areas of expertise in the last 20 years, most recently in crypto currency and blockchain innovation. Â Mathew is an offshore operational specialist working on complex government contracts.
Mathew is focused on creating innovative Cryptocurrency solutions that are world competitive.
Daniel Leslie
Chief Technology Officer
Daniel has a strong ICT technical background and has been specialising in Bitcoin mining since 2017. Daniel has demonstrated experience both in the construction of private Bitcoin mining farms and in the running of a large wholesale crypto mining hardware business.
During this time Daniel has constructed multiple Bitcoin mining farms in both Australia and internationally of up to 15MW of installed capacity.
Andy Chen
Head of Finance & Investment
Andy has 20 years of experience in the finance sector. He has held key strategic positions in blue chip companies including Rio Tinto and Glencore.
Andy’s role focusses on financial/commercial evaluations and mergers and acquisition. Andy’s skills include treasury management, financial analysis and strategy.
Darren Fooks
Legal & Commercial
Darren has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer, mediator and project developer in commercial law, firstly as partner with leading Australian law firm Clayton Utz, then international law firm Baker McKenzie. Â
Darren’s role focusses on legal and commercial negotiation and implementation as well as Company Secretary and Company Compliance.
